If the product operates abnormally (reset)

Reset the product.

  1. Once the indicator lamps turn on after both headphones (L (left) and R (right) sides) are placed in the charging case (with battery remaining), press and hold (for about 4 seconds) the multifunction buttons of both headphones.

  2. Make sure the indicator lamps on both headphones light in orange and then turn white before releasing your fingers. Remove the headphones from the charging case and separate the L (left) and R (right) sides.

    Reset is complete.

  3. Remove the product from the list of registered devices on your Bluetooth device, and perform pairing again.

  • If the procedure cannot be completed as expected, repeat the procedure again from the beginning.
