Troubleshooting
The receiver power can’t be turned on
- Make sure that the AC adapter is connected properly.
- Make sure that the receiver is on.
The transmitter power can’t be turned on
- Make sure that batteries are in place.
- Check the battery level of the rechargeable battery.
There is no audio / the audio level is low
- Make sure that the receiver and transmitter are on.
- Make sure that the transmitter is not muted.
- Make sure that the transmitter and microphone are connected properly.
- Make sure that the transmitter’s gain isn’t too low.
- Make sure that the receiver’s volume isn’t too low.
Sound is distorted
- Make sure that the transmitter’s gain isn’t too high.
- Make sure that the receiver’s volume isn’t too high.
- Make sure that the receiver’s LINE/MIC level has been set correctly.
- Make sure that the volume of any external device isn’t too high.
There is unwanted noise / sound is interrupted
- Make sure that the transmitter and microphone are connected properly.
- Make sure that the connected external microphone isn’t too close to the transmitter antenna.
The transmitter does not charge
- Make sure that the charging terminals are not dirty and clean them if they are.
- Make sure that the rechargeable battery is in place.
- Make sure that the transmitter has been inserted with correct orientation into the charging station.
Receiver or transmitter operation is not normal
- Restart the device that is exhibiting abnormal operation.
It is not possible to connect the receiver and computer normally
- Update the computer’s OS, bringing the computer to the latest state.
- Change the network setting of the computer and receiver from “Auto” to “Static”. Refer to IP settings.
- Connect the receiver and computer through a router or switching hub.
- If connecting the receiver and computer directly, do so through a USB to Ethernet converter adapter.
